ADULTS

College & Career

Single young adults

Led by Adam & Brianna Farus

Meet with us upstairs, in the foyer classroom, at 9:30am for Sunday school

Whether you have joined the workforce after high school or are continuing your education, our College and Career Ministry is the place for you!  Bible Baptist Church has established a ministry where young adults can connect and support each other as they grow in their walk with the Lord.  Our goal is to equip and encourage young adults to identify their gifts and become committed disciples of Jesus.

We invite you to join us as we explore and study God's Word, fellowship and discover God's plan for our lives. We meet every Sunday in the foyer classroom at 9:30AM for Sunday School. In addition to our weekly Bible study, we have several outings and fellowship opportunities planned throughout the year.  Please keep an eye on the bulletin for announcements about activities and we look forward to you joining us for Sunday school soon.

Home Builders - Young & Married

Married couples, younger than 40 years old

Led by: Will Dhume

Meet with us downstairs at 9:30am for Sunday school Class

Our Young & Married group is designed for married couples, who are younger than 40 years old.  We welcome all young married couples, whether you're not planning on having children any time soon or have already begun growing a family.  This ministry provides great opportunity for all stages of young married life.  Our focus  is to help couples grow in their faith and in their marriage.  Ultimately, we are here to help couples build a strong, biblical home.  Join us downstairs at 9:30am for Sunday school or at one of our many activities throughout the year.

Prayer Breakfast

Meet with us downstairs, every Saturday at 8:00am

Pray without ceasing. In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.
1 Thessalonians 5:17-18

We welcome everyone to join us as we gather to enjoy a complimentary breakfast prepared by members of BBC Marysville.  In addition to food and fellowship, you will also receive a devotion and time spent in prayer with one another.  Please join us soon!

The Strongest Thread Craft Group

Led by: Emily Black & Robin Hudson

Meet with us downstairs, every 1st & 3rd Thursday of the month from 10:00AM - 4:00PM

" When you are hanging on by a thread, make sure it's the hem of His garment. "
This group was designed to give people an opportunity to work independently on projects while  gathered as a group, instead of alone in your home.  A devotion is presented each time they gather.  You are asked to bring a craft of your own to work on.  Occasionally, a craft workshop is hosted.  Any cost of the workshop is at your own expense.  Please look for announcements regarding these fun events!

Seasoned Saints

50+ years young

Led by Ted & Deb Murphy

This ministry is a way to give the saints of BBC Marysville some time to gather together outside of church services.  Seasoned Saints  consist of a large age group of adults - from 50 years of age (minus a few) to whatever!  There are many activities offered throughout the year which include luncheons, dinners and occasional day trips.  Please look on the calendar to see what we have planned.  Our vision for the future is to be able to minister to our church with the years of knowledge the "saints" have to offer.  Please don't be hesitant to participate in anything because of your age. Come join us, and allow us to season your life, so that you can season others!

Fellows Fellowship

Led by: Ted Murphy

Meet in the kitchen; Occasional Friday Night Mens Cooking Class

Join Ted in the kitchen for a Men's Cooking Class as a way to connect with fellow brothers.  Keep an eye on the bulletin and announcements for when the classes are held, they are typically towards the end of the month.  We ask that you please sign-up to allow for proper preparation.

Journey with Jesus

18+ years old; Cost of $100/person

 Men's walk:  February 29 - March 2, 2024; Thursday evening - Saturday afternoon

Women's walk: March 7-9, 2024 ; Thursday evening - Saturday afternoon

Where are you on your walk?
Our annual Journey with Jesus, is designed for men and women who are over the age of 18, that wish to deepen their relationship with the Lord.  The mission of Journey with Jesus is to provide adults an opportunity to take time away from the busyness of life and give them time to reflect on their spiritual life.  Our prayer is that we can gather a group of men and women who desire to grow in their faith and worship our Lord, Jesus Christ.

On Journey with Jesus, you will be presented with Gods Word and true testimonies that lead to in-depth discussions.  Arrive with an open heart and mind to what God has in store when you remove yourself from the hustle and bustle of life.  It's our belief that if you desire to draw closer to Christ, it will happen within these 2 days away.

West Central & Tri County

West Central Led by Bruce Lamb  /  Tri County Led by Brian Pennington

Committed to changing lives of the incarcerated
Throughout the week Bible Baptist Church  visits several local correctional facilities where men and women are detained, to spread the Gospel.  We show them how to build a genuine relationship with the Lord through the study of Gods Word, the Bible.  It's our mission that while suppling Jesus to those incarcerated, we would see hearts change and that lives would be transformed.  It's our goal to help them lead a life of biblical purpose inside of the facility they're in and upon their release into society.

Ladies In Fellowship Together

Meet us downstairs, held on the second Tuesday of the month at 6:30pm

Led by Courtney Stout

L.I.F.T. is our monthly ladies fellowship.  Come enjoy food, devotion, prayer, encouragement and enjoy this opportunity to connect with other ladies.  As women, it can be difficult to link up with friends you don't see on a weekly basis so we encourage you to invite friends and family to join us at our fellowships.  We request that each lady contributes a dish to share, so we can enjoy a meal together.

Keep an eye on the bulletin for any special announcements.  In May, we host a Ladies May Tea event in lieu of our monthly meeting.  In December, we host a Ladies Christmas Banquet in lieu of our monthly meeting.
